• Dr. Amrit Rai , DVM
Dr. Rai graduated from Iowa State University, Ames, Iowa in 1993. She also has a Masters degree in Veterinary Medicine from the Panjab Agricultural University, Panjab, India. Dr. Rai started practicing veterinary medicine starting in 1993 and did relief work as DVM in a variety of hospital settings all across in Southern California. She moved to Phoenix, AZ in the year 2000 and has been practicing in the Phoenix valley ever since. Dr. Rai has two dogs, a handsome yorkshire terrier named "Lego", whom she rescued from a previous place of work and another yorkie mix rescue, "Lyla". She also has two sons who keep her more than occupied when she is not practicing medicine.
• Mrs. Julie Becker , B.S.
Julie is our office manager and a graduate of University of Phoenix. She has over 14 years experience in the veterinary field, working at Sugarloaf Animal Clinic. She has two dogs, an American Bulldog named Eve and a Boston Terrrier named Otto. In her leisure time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, wake boarding, hiking, boating, duning, snow boarding, and horseback riding. In the last couple of years she is also trying to be more environmentally friendly and started not only recycling but composting too, which she uses for her vegetable and fruit garden (which Eve loves to dig in!). She also keeps quite busy with her three children, Sabrina, Kai and London.
• Mrs. Terry Adkins
Terry has been working as a veterinary technician in the veterinary field for the last 21 years. She is passionate about educating clients in animal behavior and strengthening the human-animal bond. When Terri is not enthusiastically interacting with clients and their pets at work, she is involved with her own family including her dog, two cats, and two children. She is also highly involved with church and volunteer work in the community.
• Mrs. Audy Wade , B.S.
Audy has a Bachelors degree in Psychology from ASU and recently finished her veterinary technician course. She has been working at Sugarloaf Animal Clinic for over 3 years. She takes pleasure in her three dogs and one cat. She enjoys working out, running, taking her dogs to the park and laying out by the pool. You will most often see her friendly, smiling face at the front reception area where she runs the show!
- Miss Brea Scott, B.S., M.B.A.
Brea is a Certified Veterinary Technician with many various degrees including an Associates in Forensic Science, Bachelors in Criminal Science, and Masters in Business Administration. While Brea is not working at Sugarloaf Animal Clinic she is teaching the Vet Assistant Program at Carrington College. When she does get free time she enjoys playing with her two cats, Preston and Carsen, playing soccer, and spending time with her friends and family.
- Katie Lively

Katie graduates with an Associates in Veterinary Technology in June 2012. Katie enjoys off roading, camping and the outdoors. When she is not here and she is not off roading she enjoys playing with her cat, Aisin, whom she rescued while she was in school.
