Escrow accounts are your own account that you put money on anytime you want or even set up an automatic monthly payment to build up a credit on your account. This credit can be used anytime for anything. For instance if you wanted to save up for lab work that was $200.00 and due in six months you could make monthly payments of $33.33 to be placed on your account as a credit and by the time the lab work was due the account would have enough credit to pay for it.
