Dr. Amrit Rai, D.V.M.

She is a fear free certified veterinarian, a program that teaches how to provide the least amount of stress possible to our patients while providing the utmost veterinary care. She is also an USDA APHIS certified veterinarian and can help with any travel needs, whether global or statewide. 

Dr. Rai started practicing veterinary medicine starting in 1993 and did relief work as a veterinarian in a variety of hospital settings all across Southern California. She moved to Phoenix, AZ in the year 2000 and has been practicing in the Phoenix valley ever since. She also has been a member of the Investigative Committee of the Arizona Veterinary Medical Examining Board for several years. Dr. Rai has two dogs, a handsome Yorkshire Terrier named 'Lego', whom she rescued from a previous place of work and another Yorkie mix rescue, 'Lyla', in addition to two sons who keep her more than occupied when she is not practicing medicine.
